Paul Blakeney
Fellow of the Personal Finance Society
Paul is a Director at Character Financial Services, Chartered Financial Planner and Pension Transfer Specialist.
Paul takes great pride in providing expert independent and impartial advice to his clients across all areas of financial services. Not only is Paul a Chartered Financial Planner and Pension Transfer Specialist (PTS), he is also a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society. The Fellowship is the industry’s most decorated qualification of which there are only 5,000 members worldwide.
Away from the office, Paul is married to Davina who he shares two young children, Sophie and Rosie. Against his better nature, Paul continues to support Crystal Palace FC where he has a season ticket. Paul is a keen (but not a very successful) golfer, likes running and racquetball.

Dave Hyner
Dave is a highly experienced financial services professional whose aim is to help clients achieve their long term goals and aspirations.
He is also keen to develop long term working relationships with new clients. Please contact Dave if you, a friend or family member would benefit from discussing how we may work together to achieve those goals.
Outside of work, Dave enjoys watching most sports, is a regular at the gym and enjoys walking and running. He is also a long standing (and long suffering) supporter of Tottenham Hotspur FC.

Wendy White
With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, having gained a comprehensive understanding of the sector underpinned by formal qualifications in Financial Planning and CeMAP.
Her career has largely been based in the City, developing a strong foundation in administrative and client support functions.
Having recently joined Character Financial Services, Wendy is working alongside Paul and David, contributing to the team’s continued success while benefiting from a location closer to home.
Wendy maintains an active lifestyle through regular visits to the gym and gardening, taking great pleasure in spending time with her grandchildren and caring for her Springer Spaniel, Hope — each of whom brings energy and joy to her daily life.
